the skeletal collection
i'm attracted to the small, unassuming, slightly wonky things in life. i love a good pebble. i want to see the weave and nupps in the fabric i buy. i'll always reach for the old, chipped mug at the back of the cupboard. i've got a favourite crack in the floorboards.
there is beauty in the misshapen; the flawed; the imperfect. i love the stories such things tell - of a life well lived, or an object well used.
the japanese call it wabi sabi.
each piece in the skeletal collection is hand crafted from ethically sourced recycled sterling silver.
they're not designed to be production-line perfect - in fact, each one is unique.
it’s not jewellery that shouts about itself, or demands to be noticed.
but it is elegant. modest. simple. i hope it reminds you that sometimes the best things (and the best people, for that matter) are just waiting, quietly, to tell you their story.
